Welcome to the Chapel - a secluded hideaway for two with private hot tub

How often do you get to whisk your loved one off to a restored 16th-century chapel for a few days away? The Chapel is one of Pickwell’s real gems. A centuries-old chapel we have lovingly restored to blend the ancient with the contemporary - and added a few surprises.

The Chapel has its own front door and entrance in the house’s courtyard. Inside you’ll find a modern kitchen with 50s-diner style seating, and wet room. Upstairs (the stairs are steep but we promise it’s worth it) you’ll find your lofty, light bedroom, lit by its original medieval chapel window.

It’s from the bedroom you can escape to the Chapel’s own outside area. Hidden away and completely private, enjoy your very own sun deck and hot tub. Kick back and enjoy the sunshine, or enjoy a hot tub soak and watch the stars come out while listening to the ocean just half a mile away
